At Legmeerdijk in Aalsmeer, at J.W. Van Senten, we have installed a Grow & Roll tailored to their interest in achieving high-quality and rapid cultivation within a limited space, catering to the specific climate needs of their water plants. Specialising in water plants supplied to garden centers, J.W. Van Senten houses a container featuring six Grow & Roll carts with six layers of plants. Each cart is positioned in a docking station, with two equipped with dimmable LED lamps and four with LED tubes, providing a white growth light with a slight UV percentage. This setup allows plants to be cultivated from lab to sale in just two weeks, maintaining the desired appearance. A continuous supply of air, water, and heat ensures an optimal, consistent temperature (25 ℃) and humidity level (90%). The container with the Grow & Roll system has proven to be a resounding success!
